Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
All confirmed orders are processed for dispatch within 2-3 business days.
Incase of customised orders, estimated delivery time is confirmed by the UD Team based on the design/alterations requested for. We request customers to choose your type of shipment for customised orders according to your need. The team will go by the shipment type you had placed your order for only.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges are not refunded at any cost.
Once the order is dispatched, change of address or cancellations of orders are not encouraged.
Upgrading shipment type is initiated only after the balance charges are paid and should be informed before dispatch.
Intimation regarding order shipments – dispatch and expected delivery along with tracking details will be provided via mail. Tracking numbers will be activated within 24 hrs.
SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA
Please confirm regarding shipping rates for bulk orders (more than 5 products) via email – firstname.lastname@example.org before placing an order.
For international shipments based on the country of import, our carrier may need to get customs clearance for your goods before delivering them to you. Sometimes here might be delays due to clearance. In such cases we request you to await an update from the service provider’s end. And Urban Doe will assist you to track the package but does not take any blame for delivery delays due to custom clearance.
In any misfortunate events like loss of the shipment during transit, UrbanDoe shall refund the order’s total amount.
Any additional taxes, import duties, customs charges levied by the country of import will be chargeable to the customer.
All our products are quality checked and come in a tamper proof packaging. Please do not accept the delivery if you notice that the package is tampered or damaged. In such events we request you to take photos of the tampered/damaged area, do not sign acceptance of the package, and return the package back to the carrier. Should you accept such a package, it will be deemed that the product was received in a good condition.
